Class rules
I. General Rules
1. Students should be self-disciplined and disciplined, have self-respect and behave uprightly.
2. Do not leave the classroom without permission. If necessary, you must get the approval of the teacher or teaching assistant present.
3. Students should bring their own flashcelets and headphones for class.
4. Before the class starts, students must have entered the classroom and have taken their seats.
5. Students are not allowed to enter the Academic Affairs Office. If you need to make an appointment with a teacher or teaching assistant, please get prior approval before entering.
6. Students are strictly prohibited from engaging in any gambling activities and playing any card games in the classroom (except for school activities or instructors).
II. Rules for using the classroom
1. Except with the approval of the school, students are not allowed to eat or drink in the classroom or on the stairs.
2. Students should take care of public property and not maliciously damage facilities or equipment.
3. Computers in the classroom are tools to assist students in learning. It is strictly forbidden for students to use computers to play games, illegally download files or participate in online gambling activities, browse pornographic, paranormal or violent web pages, and carry out activities unrelated to learning.
4. Students are strictly prohibited from using mobile phones in the classroom except with the approval of the teacher. If students need to bring their mobile phones into the examination room during the exam, they must turn off the power and put the phone in the eyes of the table.
III. Rules for dealing with students' late absence
1. Latecomers must fill in the “Late Record Form” before sitting down and hand it over to the teacher for signature.
2. If students have to return to school late due to return visits, out-of-school examinations or other reasonable reasons, they must submit a written application in advance or notify the school on the official communication software.
3. Students who are late or absent due to physical discomfort must have a diagnostic certificate or relevant documents.
4. Students who need to apply for make-up classes due to lateness or absence should apply to the school and arrange make-up classes.
IV. Network and off-campus behavior
1. Students are not allowed to post false information on the Internet or electronic platforms, and are not allowed to use the Internet to make personal attacks.
2. Without the consent of the school, it is not allowed to use the name of the school to establish an organization or participate in out-of-school political activities.
V. Final Evaluation Rules
1. If the student who is absent from the exam has no reasonable reason or is absent due to illness and does not have a relevant diagnosis certificate, the examination shall be regarded as 0 points.
2. Due to the requirements of the Canadian Education Agency, there is a monitor to record the whole process of the examination, and the video is only for authorized persons to watch.
